HOW TO ORDER?

How can I make an order from Nail In online store?

Ordering from Nail In online store is a simple and comfortable way to buy a wide range of nail products online. All you have to do to place an order is choose the items you would like to purchase and add them to your shopping cart.

Once you have finished choosing the products you would like, you need to checkout. To do this simply click on “Check out” and fill in your shipping details and send us your order. After that we'll put together your parcel. After receiving the payment, we'll immediately ship your products.

What Payment Methods are accepted?

After completing an order you can pay with Bank link, PayPal account, credit card or bank transfer.

If you do not have a PayPal account then it is free and easy to set up.

Is Value Added Tax (VAT) included in the prices of products?

All prices on our web store include Estonian VAT at 20%. VAT-registered buyers from EU countries outside of Estonia are given an opportunity when ordering to obtain invoices excluding VAT. In if you wish to receive an invoice without VAT, you need to add VAT number of your company to the order.

SHIPPING

How quickly are Products delivered?

For Estonian orders, products are delivered with 1 business days (with the exception of delivery to islands). Delivery within European Union takes around 5 business days. Orders are shipped within 24 hours after payment reception, every day from Monday to Friday.

Do you offer International Shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping to European countries.

What shipping options are available?

International Orders

Most international orders are shipped using Omniva (Estonian Post) service. You can choose following postal services. 

• Registered parcels are delivered to addressees at their residence or location against their signature. If the mail cannot be delivered, notification of the arrival of the mail will be left in the addressee’s mailbox, based on which the mail will be issued to the addressee at the post office. Registered parcel includes tracking number. 
  Price for international registered parcels within European Union is 9 euros. For orders over 100 euros, shipment is FREE.

NB! For orders from Finland, we recommend using SmartPOST service. During the Check Out at our web store, you can immediately choose to which parcel point (pakettiautomaatti) parcel should be sent. Please find more information from www.smartpost.fi and www.smartpost.ee 

Price for shipment with SmartPOST to Finland is 9 euros. For orders over 100 euros, shipment is FREE!

Estonian orders

For Estonian orders, we use Omniva, SmartPOST and DPD shipment services. 

OMNIVA parcel station

The cost of Omniva parcel station shipment is 3 €. For orders over 40 €, shipment is free.

Parcel arrives next business day after the shipment. SMS notification is sent to client upon the arrival of parcel.
